Our company “SC MEAT Co.,Ltd.” is a dealer of meat ( domestic beef, imported beef, chicken, pork ), which was established in 1980.
We are supplying domestic beef mainly, and processing food, retailing, manufacturing ham and sausage.
SC MEAT’ head office is located in Hanamigawa-ku, Chiba prefecture.
Sale’s office is located in Ibaraki, Fukushima, Hiromae.
Associated company is SC Foods, Suzuchiku, Chitose ham, Maruka.
Retail shops are La Boucherie and Suzuki Chikusan.
In 2005, La Boucherie Narita Akasaka was opened in Narita, Chiba for the first time.
At present(Oct,2018) ,we have 39 retail shops and are still planning to expand, that is growing up to the core business in our company.
Our core business is retailing domestic beef.
Our president visits market and contracted farm from Hokkaido to Kyusyu, and check the quality, choose the good and safe carcass meat, and finally purchase it.
In the own factory, we debone, trim the meat and supply to retail store, supermarket, Yakiniku restaurant, and hotel. Branded pork, Bimei pork and Rose pork is supplied after being cut in the each area to keep the quality.
Regarding imported beef, we choose only the meat that is under the hygiene management and pass our inspection. We are preparing Halal food because we want to respond to all the requests related to meat from customers as much as possible.
Japanese meat that is of high interest worldwide. In order to meet these expectations, we are developing a Japanese-made meat export business. We strive to improve our services daily from a global perspective, with the aim of delivering the taste and safety we sought to our customers around the world in the best possible condition.
【Certification of Halal】
Halal certification guarantees the product is produced and cooked under the Islamic disciplines. For example, pork or alcohol that are prohibited by Muslim can not be included and the raw material, production line, product quality is checked carefully, finally only the product that pass these inspection can be certificated as Halal.
Our Halal beef is comforted to halal certification system, the cow is grown without stress in the nature. We have built up the supply chain from slaughter, processing, preservation to delivery in order to supply the good and safe product to the customer.
We check the temperature of product carefully by the computer when Not only purchasing stage, but processing and packaging.
On cutting meat, it is vacuum packed quickly, and be checked by metal detector to prevent any risk.
All the production workers are educated hygiene management.
At first, all the valuables and ornaments must be taken, workers have to wash hands, disinfect and wear the clean white coat. They wear certain cap to prevent hair drop, and cover mouse and nose with musk. They wear boots for working, and pass under air shower before entering factory. Air shower can blow dust and hair off by the strong wind from left and right and top. Every time you go out and re-enter the factory, you have to go through the air shower.
Carcass room’s temperature is always set 0 degree, meat inside the room is disinfected regularly.
Debone line and trimming line are separated by the middle receiving table, and meat are cut carefully by each worker.
Cut meat are vacuum packed each by each quickly, they are kept in fresh.
Products go through the metal detector, and be heated by Shrinker with 82 degree, and be cooled with 2 degree chilled pool.
Scaled products are packed in the carton and are banded properly.
６Large refrigerator and freezer
Refrigerator can keep 45mt, freezer can keep 10mt. The temperature is controlled that refrigerator is 0 degree, freezer is -30 degree by the computer.
We deliver the “natural, safe and secured” meat to customers quickly by 12 trucks with refrigerator.
