Handling of each grade

There are US cattle and Australian cattle as imported cattle, and we have all parts, such as sirloin, ribulose, shoulder loin, and fin, according to the “Food retail quality standard” established by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries. We also try to deliver safe and secure meat that meets the needs of our customers, from ungraded to prime-grade US beef and from glass-grade to long-grade Australian beef.
